Payment

We currently accept PayPal and Google Checkout only. Immediate Payment is required.

Washington State residents will be charged 9.5% sales tax.

Indiana State residents will be charged 7.0% sales tax.

Shipping

PayPal and Google Checkout payments received by 12:00pm PST on business days (M-F) will be shipped the same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays, or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.

We do not offer local pick-up.

We only ship to the lower 48 United States. We do not ship FedEx packages to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.

All items above $250 require a signature at time of delivery. We are unable to remove this signature requirement for any shipment.

All packages that are returned to us by USPS as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to make sure the address sent with payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the shipping address information into the system. Please be sure to double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.

Warranty

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items.

All items come with a 60-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue via email we will issue an RMA form and have you send the item back for a repair or replacement. Whether you receive a repaired item, replacement, or refund will be at the discretion of Quick Ship Brands. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the original item you purchased. Our warranty expires 60 days from the original date of delivery.

Typical turnaround time once we receive the non-working item is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.
